TriHealth is one of the Greater Cincinnati region's largest integrated health systems, operating more than 130 sites of care across the area. Founded in 1995 through the partnership of Bethesda Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital, the organisation employs approximately 13,000 team members and provides comprehensive clinical services spanning cancer and blood care, heart and vascular services, orthopedics, neuroscience, primary care, paediatrics, women's services, emergency care, and behavioural health.
Beyond clinical delivery, TriHealth operates an extensive educational footprint. The organisation runs residency and fellowship programmes in graduate medical training, maintains Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science, and operates the TriHealth Hatton Research Institute to advance clinical and academic research. The system also manages the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion as part of its preventive care and wellness offerings.
The organisation structures its operations around population health management and integrated care delivery across multiple settings, from hospitals and outpatient clinics to community health programmes. This approach connects physicians, hospitals, and communities to address both clinical needs and preventive health priorities across the region.
