Tigermilk is an international restaurant group operating full-service venues across nine European cities, from Paris to London. Founded in 2019 by restaurateurs Nina and Alexis Melikov, the company has grown from a single Parisian concept to a network of over 190 employees serving Latin American and Mexican-style cuisine alongside expertly crafted cocktails.
Each Tigermilk restaurant operates as a colourful hacienda designed to showcase the group's culinary approach: menus feature iconic dishes such as ceviche and tacos, creatively reinterpreted whilst maintaining authentic Latin American roots. All food is prepared fresh on site using ultra-fresh, well-sourced produce. The company currently operates locations in Paris, Lille, Bordeaux, Lyon, Nice, Marseille, and Strasbourg in France, with additional venues in Brussels and London.
